The Robot Bartender
Rob is the world’s first humanoid robotic bartender at sea, featured in the MSC Starship Club aboard the MSC Virtuosa. He mixes, shakes, garnishes, and serves customized alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails while engaging guests with an LED face, personality, and eight languages

Goals
Define Rob's Sentences and expressions based on use cases. Design the following Screens using a conversational design approach.
The Order Table: a 1080x1920 digital screen where guests can place an order choosing from the menu or creating a custom cocktail.
The Informative Screen: 16:9 displays located around the bar to manage the order queue.

Primary: #021E40, #2D435E
Secondary: Each ingredient is represented by a single color which recalls it.
Gradients: When 2 or more ingredients are mixed up, a linear gradient is generated.

Developed a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency across all user interfaces.
Implemented smart animations to enhance the user experience and provide interactive feedback.
Conversational Design
After defining the Rob's Tone of voice (playful, enthusiastic and friendly) sentences are written in relation of what Rob says while the guest is taking the cocktail and in the Order Table UI. A tech wave subtle moving with the text appearing on top has been the design choice to represent Rob speaking with the user.
Following the UI while the user is logging in to start the order process through the Order Table.
